At SOVAM, Quality of Life and Working Conditions is not just a matter for the calendar: it’s a day-to-day commitment.<\/p>\n

What we do :
\n– A monthly meeting organized by the management board for greater transparency and links between teams
\n– Training for our harassment referents
\n– Sports activities to let off steam and recharge your batteries together
\n– And outdoor afterwork sessions to strengthen ties in other ways \u2600\ufe0f<\/p>\n

The week was also an opportunity to highlight our concrete commitments to :
\n– The introduction of teleworking 2 days a week
\n– Respect for work-life balance
\n– Recognition of everyone’s work<\/p>\n

These initiatives are the result of a real collective effort, led in particular by the HR\/Com’ duo and the CSE team. Many thanks to them! \ud83d\udc4f<\/p>\n
