1955 – 2025: 70 years of French industrial innovation

Since its creation in 1955, SOVAM has come a long way. Initially known for manufacturing sports cars, 4x4s and military vehicles, our company has reinvented itself over the decades to become a recognized player in the design and manufacture of airport equipment.

Today, SOVAM designs Maintenance platforms (MRO) and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for airports worldwide. An industrial transformation driven by our ability to adapt, our demand for quality and the expertise of our teams.

A anniversary celebrated as a team

To mark this symbolic milestone, our teams got together in early July for a convivial summer barbecue. A warm moment, punctuated by the tasting of a Broyé du Poitou, a tribute to our regional roots and to this wonderful human adventure.
