Employee profile : Elise, Sales and Project Manager

March is a special month, as March 8 marks International Women’s Rights Day.

On this occasion, we’d like to honor Elise, SOVAM‘s Sales Administration and Project Monitoring Manager. She is the link between our internal teams and our customers, ensuring that orders and projects are properly followed up.

Having joined the company in 2021 as an export sales assistant, she has progressed in her missions and has also become involved in the life of the company through her role on the CSE.

In an industrial environment that is still predominantly male, Elise plays a key coordinating role, perfectly illustrating the place of women in industry, in cross-functional, driving roles.
