Dessinateur projeteur en mécanique H/F

Draw up overall and detailed plans in compliance with specifications and technical specifications (3D modeling in Solidworks)

  • Produce and update technical documentation
  • Creating parts lists
  • Monitor the integration of technical solutions through to production
  • Occasionally perform functional analysis or mechanical calculations
  • Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract
  • Salary: €2,200 – €2,750 gross per month

Automation and Electrical Engineering Project Manager

Project management and technical support for teams

  • Structuring innovation and deploying research into new technologies applicable to the world of GSE (Ground Support Equipment)
  • Participate in the contract review with sales, engineering and production to define the customer’s needs in detail. Contract analysis: CDC analysis
  • Participate with the project’s technical project manager in the risk analysis in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
  • Lead internal or external project teams as required.
  • Check that the cost of technical solutions is consistent with the planned budget.
  • Support the purchasing department in the search for new suppliers, components and the follow-up of supplier non-conformities. Ensure technical relations and communication with suppliers, in collaboration with the purchasing department.
  • Support customer service in resolving problems encountered after vehicle delivery. Occasional on-site travel (possibly abroad) is required.
  • Support the quality department in managing non-conformities and routine tests, as well as during machine acceptance, if necessary.
  • Liaise with the workshop: present diagrams, support electrotechnical projects, update diagrams.
  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement.

Operational tasks :

  • Perform electrotechnical functional analyses.
  • Define electrotechnical/automation architectures and size equipment (motors, drives, PLCs, etc.).
  • Take design changes into account and keep electrical diagrams up to date
  • Standardize schematics, circuits, electrical components and programs between SOVAM vehicles.
  • Create and assemble the parts list required for purchasing and manufacturing, taking into account the requirements (anticipation) of the general vehicle assembly schedule.
  • Produce and/or validate electrical schematics and associated programs in line with the trade’s quality standards, and take account of changes to update them.
  • Set up and parameterize mechatronic elements (gain, servo-control, drive parameters, etc.).
  • Use Sistema software to validate achievement of performance levels
  • Contract: CDI
  • Salary: 40 to 52k gross per annum
  • Profile: BAC + 3 or engineer with + 5 years’ experience minimum

Mechanical engineering project manager

  • Participate in the contract review with sales, engineering and production to define the customer’s needs in detail. Contract analysis: CDC analysis
  • Participate in risk analysis in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
  • Evaluate project costs (time spent on studies and purchasing costs) and optimize manufacturing/production costs
  • Draw up a product development retroplanning based on specifications
  • Monitor projects during the product realization phase and challenge teams
  • Respect the production schedule drawn up by the scheduling department
  • Study and design mechanical assemblies, subassemblies and parts
  • Analyze dimensional, functional and physical constraints
  • Carry out feasibility studies
  • Carry out strength of materials calculations
  • Drawing up/validating assembly and detail drawings of parts
  • Draw up specifications for parts purchasing
  • Develop/validate test procedures
  • Prepare/validate assembly instructions
  • Support customer service in resolving problems encountered after vehicle delivery. Occasional on-site travel (possibly abroad) is required.
  • Support the quality department in managing non-conformities, routine tests and machine acceptance.
